Event Mission Request
This Event Mission Request form should be used for all non-funeral mission requests; such as Welcome Home, Street/Post Office naming, anything other than Funeral Mission Requests.
While the Patriot Guard Riders of New York try to accommodate all requests, we may not be available for non-funeral requests depending on schedule and availability of leadership. Funeral missions are our first priority.

The Patriot Guard Riders is a strictly non-political organization. Additionally, as a 501c3 nonprofit organization, IRS rules prohibit our involvement in any political issue. To do so would jeopardize our tax exempt status.
