Dear Mr. Dan Nolan and Patriot Guard Riders,

I’m writing to sincerely thank you for the flag line and escort during my father’s funeral services on Thursday, July 17th. My family and I deeply appreciate your service and unwavering commitment to honoring my Dad, despite torrential downpours during your motorcycle ride on the way to the cemetery. The tribute was beautiful and is even more meaningful as I now understand the mission of your service. It was special to have had the opportunity to talk with Dan and realize that our families interacted decades ago when we were kids. On behalf of my brother Kevin, myself and our families please accept my sincere gratitude and appreciation.
