About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served this nation from July 1972 to July 1975 serving aboard the USS Independence (CV-62), a Forrestal-class aircraft carrier. He attained the rank of Seaman and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

Returning to civilian life, he worked as an appliance mechanic working for a company that had contracts with colleges and other large institiutions. He built a 1967 Pontiac GTO and worked on his Harleys. The famiy has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him.
