About the Mission:
Frederick A. Hensel faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Army from the time of his induction on 21 February 1968, until his honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant on 13 February 1970. He completed his Reserve obligation on 20 February 1974. For his service as Radio Teletype Operator (MOS 05C40), with Company "D", 44th Signal Battalion, he was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/1960 Device, 1 Overseas Service Bar, and Sharpshooter Badge - Rifle (M-14.)
His loving family requests Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his final honors.
