About the Mission:

Daniel J. Palmiter faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy during World War II, serving in the South Pacific from 1943 until his honorable discharge as Seamans Apprentice on 29 October 1946.

He was a lifetime member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Elks Lodge.  His family requests Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his final honors.

Please stage with flag line for the arrival of the funeral cortege. Dignified transfer upon arrival.  Mass to begin at 9:15AM.  Dignified transfer and escort to St. John Cemetery in Queens to follow funeral mass.
