About the Mission:
The family of Robert Deaver Holtzman has requested Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his graveside service with Military Honors. Mr Holtzman served in the US Navy aboard the USS Midway (CV-41) as an Aviation Boatswain's Mate Petty Officer 3rd Class (AB3) from January 1952 to January 1956, followed by four years of inactive reserve service. Robert was a dedicated NY Yankees fan, Scoutmaster, Cubmaster, baseball coach and a proud member of the American Legion, serving as Commander – Post 1303 from 1965-1966.
During his Navy service Mr Holtzman received these awards: China Service Medal Ext., Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Medal and the Navy Occupation Medal.

The service is scheduled for 12:30 pm. This is a graveside service only. There is no escort.
