Patriot Guard Riders has been requested by the Elks to participate in the Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

The CDC has changed its COVID-19 protocol recommendations for 2024, updating them to reflect the changing severity and transmission of the virus. Please click here for the latest information and continue to practice common sense distancing protocols while in enclosed locations.

Special Information:

All Elks, who are veterans, will gather at the Memorial Path entrance & march behind their Service Flags to the Ceremony site at the Saratoga County Veterans Memorial. They will be led by a Gold Star Mother, two (2) Bagpipers and the TAPS Bugler. Patriot Guard Riders members are requested to form a flag line along the pathway. Those who carry service flags will assemble at the left or right side of the Memorial. Patriot Guard Riders members are requested to assemble on either side of the Memorial during the Ceremony. Following a speech, the Elks State President will lay the wreath in front of the Memorial. TAPS will be played at the conclusion. All are asked to stay for photos before leaving the site.
