About the Mission:

The family of Robert F. Anderson has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services.  Robert, 78, of Corinth, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born on August 5, 1947 in Corinth, Robert graduated from Corinth High School in 1965, and joined the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War on Sept. 9, 1966.  He was trained as a Ground Radio Communications Equipment Specialist (AFSC 30454) and was assigned to the 18th Communications Squadron (SAC).  He was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant (E-4) on 8 September 1970, and for his service, was awarded a National Defense Service Medal and Small Arms Expert Ribbon.

Robert was employed for 45 years as a systems engineer for Kadant-AES System’s in Queensbury until his retirement in 2016. He was a member of Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He also enjoyed surfing, riding his motorcycles, and his hang glider.
