About the Mission:
The family of William J. Coon has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. William J. "Bill" Coon passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 11, 2025.
Born September 15,1975 in Glens Falls, NY, Bill graduated from Hudson Falls High School, class of 1994. He spent one year at SUNY Adirondack studying criminal justice and on 9 April 1996, he enlisted in the US Air Force. He was trained as a Pavements and Construction Equipment Journeyman (AFSC 3E251) and served for four years on active duty, including 2 1/2 months overseas. he earned the rank of senior irman ((E-4), and for his service was awarded; Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and Air Force Training Ribbon.
Bill went on to create a career as a Senior Project Manager overseeing site work divisions. He most recently worked for Marotta Construction.

Dress warm. We will stand a flag line for arrival of family and friends. After the church service and dignified transfer, we will escort to Saratoga National Cemetery for a 1 pm service.
