About the Mission:
The family of Robert A. Isgro has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Robert, 80, passed in Hudson, Florida, on August 15, 2025, in the care of Suncoast Hospice, with his family by his side.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Robert spent most of his life in Schenectady. He was a graduate of Linton High School, Hudson Valley and Russell Sage Colleges. He served his country in the United States Army and Army Reserve during the Vietnam War, assigned to Fort Dix, NJ and Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Private (E-2) on 25 November 1966, and completed his Reserve obligation on 19 June 1972.
He was employed at the Watervliet Arsenal, Norton Company, AT&T and the Town of Niskayuna.
