About the Mission:
The family of Morton K. "Bob" Bailey has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Bob, 91, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, with his family by his side.
Born July 12, 1933, in Wolcott, Vermont, Bob attended the Wolcott School until the 8th grade. He entered the US Army during the Korean War on 3 June 1953, and served as Military Police and Colonels’ driver while assigned to to "M" Company, 19th Infantry Regiment during his 18 months in Korea. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal (T), and for his service, was awarded a Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal and a United Nations Service Medal.
After his military service, Bob was the owner and operator of “Bailey & Sons Auto” in Plattsburgh, New York. “No job too big, or too small.”
