About the Mission:

The family of Donald G. Millis has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in a Celebration of Life service for him. Donald, 91, of Hadley Hill Rd., passed away peacefully Friday, October 10, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.

Born in Corinth, NY on October 12, 1933, Donald was a 1955 graduate of Corinth High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Cold War Era from 1955 until his honorable discharge at the rank of Private First Class in 1958, from the Marine Barracks, U.S. Naval Base, New York, NY.  During his active duty service, Donald earned a Marksman Badge - Pistol.

After his military service, in the early 1960s, Donald drove an ambulance for the Corinth Emergency Squad before beginning a 32-year career at International Paper Company in Corinth. There, he worked as a super calendar operator and retired in 1993 as a proud member of the Quarter Century Club.

Special Information:

Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the arrival of family and guests. There will be a visitation and celebration of life from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service.
