About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been invited to participate in the Opening Ceremony for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial "The Moving Wall." "The Moving Wall™" is the half-size replica of the Washington, DC Vietnam Veterans Memorial and has been touring the country for forty plus years. This healing wall has helped generations visualize and touch a loved ones name.

It is anticipated that several other Veteran/Military organizations will participate in this ceremony. The display will be open to the public 24 hours/day from 25-29 September, 2025. Several PGR members have volunteered to assist with nighttime security.

The Opening Ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM.  PGR will provide a respectful flag line during the ceremony.  Please be prepared with a clean 3x5 American, POW/MIA, or military branch flag of your choice.
