About the Mission:
The family of Henry E. "Sarge" Aiken has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Aiken passed on 16 February 2025 at the age of 91.
He served his nation honorably for 20 years, including a tour of duty in Bien Hoa, Vietnam, from 30 June 1968 to 26 May 1969. Mr. Aiken retired on 31 July 1971 as a Communications Instructor (E- 7) at Fort Knox Kentucky. For his service he was awarded; U.S Army Good Conduct Medal - 5 awards, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ 60 Device.
After his military service, Mr. Aiken had a career and retired from Tonawanda, NY Chevrolet Plant.

Special Information:
Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After funeral services conclude and dignified transfer, Patriot Guard Riders will escort Mr. Aiken and family to Mt. Olivet Cemetery for interment with military honors. Do what you can to support Mr. Aiken and his loving family.
