About the Mission:

The family of US Air Force Veteran Thomas B. Meisner has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Meisner, "Tommy Ticket", passed on 3 November 2025 at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, Buffalo, NY at the age of 86.

Mr. Meisner entered the Air Force at the age of 21,  on 8 September 1960, and served his nation for 3 years 4 months on active duty trained as a Fuel Specialist (AFCS-64330). He was assigned to The 4081 Supply, Combat Support Group, Newfoundland, Canada for 17 month. Mr. Meisner was honorably discharged as an Airman First Class (E-4), at Dow Air Force Base, Maine on 5 February 1964 receiving an Air Force Good Conduct Medal and an Air Force Achievement Medal.

After his military service, Mr. Meisner dedicated his life to protecting his community for over 30 years as a Police Officer, and many years as Police Chief, Past President of Attica Fire Department, and a member of Attica American Legion Post #734.

Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After a dignified transfer, PGR will escort the family and Mr. Meisner to Forest Hill Cemetery for interment with military honors.

Members will stand a flag line for arriving cortege. After a dignified transfer, military honors will be conducted. Do what you can to support Mr. Meisner and his loving family. Dress for the weather and please make sure your flags are clean.
