About the Mission:
The family of Vietnam Veteran Ronald W. Moscicki has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral. Ronald passed 16 Nov. 2024 at the age of 76 with family at his side. Born in Batavia NY on 14 July 1948. After graduating High School Ronald entered the US Army with the 101st Airborne Division, 327 Infantry on 23 May 1968. Ronald served our nation 19 months active duty with 12 month tour of duty in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged at Fort Lewis, Washington 19 Jan. 1970. For his service Ronald was awarded; Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/ 60 Device, Sharpshooters Badge (M-14) Marksman Badge (M-16), 2 Overseas Bars. After his military service, Ronald entered the workforce as a corrections officer at Attica NY. Ronald worked threw the ranks of corrections and retired after 44 yrs as Supervising Superintendent of New York State Corrections, retiring in 2012.

Special Information:
Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After Mass of Christian Burial and dignified transfer, members will escort our Hero and family to St. Joseph Cemetery, Ellicott St. Batavia, NY 14020 for military honors, interment. There are two missions on Saturday. Please do what you can to support our heroes.
