About the Mission:
The family of Norbert Rutkowski has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Rutkowski passed on 3 July 2025, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Rutkowski entered the Army on 24 April 1953, serving his nation for 24 months on active duty with Company "C", 88th Engineer Battalion at Fort Carson, Colorado. Mr. Rutkowski was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant (T) on 25 April 1955 and transferred to the Army Reserves to complete 8 years service under the Universal Military Training and Service Act.
After his military service, Mr. Rutkowski owned and operated Four R Construction Company and Urban Pizza in Buffalo, NY.

Members will stand a flag line for arriving family and guests. After Mass of Christian Burial and dignified transfer, PGR will escort cortege to St. Stanislaus Cemetery, 700 Pine Ridge Rd., Cheektowaga, NY 14225. for military honors and interment. Please bring water as none will be provided. Thank for standing for our veterans.
