About the Mission:

The family of Vietnam War Era veteran Donald Ray Struble has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in honoring his life and service. Mr. Struble of Hemlock, NY passed away on 8 January 2025 at the age of 69.

Mr. Struble served our nation for over 2 years on active duty in the US Marine Corps from 1973-1975, with an MOS of 0351-Assaultman. His service included 3 months of foreign duty (TBD), and he was honorably discharged from active duty on 30 July 1975 with the rank of Lance Corporal (E-3.) Mr. Struble earned the National Defense Service Medal and Cold War Service Commemorative Medal.

Special Information:

There is no escort or cemetery involved in this Mission.  PGR will stand a respectful flag line for arrival of the family. The funeral service with Military Honors is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
Please be prepared with a clean 3x5 American or USMC flag. PGR members are invited to attend the Celebration of Life reception following the service.
