About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served this country from September 1974 to February 1986. He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in 1975 and eventually made Captain in December 1978. He spent a total of 64 weeks during his career to effect his duties in the commands that he was assigned as a Maintenance Management Officer and a Light Infantry Officer. His last duty station was HHQ 4th MSB 2nd Arm Div. He was awarded Army Achievement Medal w/ 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon.

He went on to civilian life spending over 30 years on the boards of the American Red Cross, Bluebonnet Girl Scout Council, and Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council in the central Texas area, He was known as "TonyBlueFox" in the geocaching community which involves finding items hidden in locations by him and others. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor this American Hero.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Please meet in parking lot of administration. The funeral procession will arrive prior to the 2 pm burial time. LRC Schiraldi will have info on burial plot and he will give directions. Hoping to have some more members join after a mission at LINC at 1 pm. Funeral home is Wah Wing Sang .
