About the Mission:

This service member has been in active service from 1996 until present when he unfortunately lost his life. He served four years in the US Marines and then enlisted into the US Air Force, where he attained the rank of SSgt.   Patriot Guard Riders has been asked to escort him home and stand in his honor.

Special Covid-19 Mission Guidelines:

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Arrive at PD headquarters where funeral home and military will be. PD will lead to the area where Patriot Guard Riders will stage awaiting hearse to come from tarmac with the S/Sgt. LEO will then lead to bring escort to the funeral home in Farmingdale.

We will stand a flag line for the arrival of family and relatives for the viewing. Please bring your flags so we can support the family as we honor this American hero.

Third Stage - Special Information:

Please bring your flags. There will be a prayer service and then military honors at the funeral home. After departing the funeral home, we will lead the escort past the family home and then to the Hicksville FD station where family and mourners will stay. The funeral home has asked Patriot Guard Riders to escort to the cremation service in West Babylon.
