About the Mission:
This veteran honorably executed his duties to his country from February 1959 to June 1961, serving overseas for 1 year and 12 days. He spent his enlistment, after schooling, in 4th USASA OPNS Company as a Cryptology Specialist. Much of his duty was secret at the time. He attained a rank of SP4. The family stated that he has always been extremely proud of his service and his country. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.

Special Information:
After a dignified transfer, the escort will respond to St. Martin of Tours RC Church, 37 Union Ave., Amityville, NY 11701 for a 9:30am mass. After mass, escort will proceed to Long Island National Cemetery.
