About the Mission:
This veteran honorably served his country assigned to 1st Air Cavalry, Special Forces and served in country in Vietnam. He attained a rank of SP4 and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Vietnam Service Medal,Vietnam Campaign Medal and Expeditionary Medal.
He returned home and worked for 43 years for the Grumman Company which had US Navy contracts to build A-6 Intruder, E-2 Hawkeye, EA-6B Prowler and F-14 Tomcat aircraft. The company also built the Apollo Lunar Modules. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
There will be prayers at 10am and then a dignified transfer. Escort will then proceed to Calverton.
