About the Mission:
This veteran honorably served this country from 1946 to 1948 aboard them USS Valley Forge (CV-45), an Essex-class Aircraft Carrier. He attained the rank of AN (Airman) and was awarded the World War II Victory Medal. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him.

Family to arrive at 08:30 for final viewing. After a dignified transfer, we will respond to St Judes RC Church in Mastic Beach for a 10 am mass.

Second Stage - Special Information:
Please have your flags for arrival of procession. Remain in vehicles until arrival as temperatures are to be low. We will have a dignified transfer into the church. Military honors will be performed at the church which we will stand flag line for. After mass/honors the mission ends as veteran will be crermated.
