About the Mission:

Philip W. Mereday faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Air Force from the time of his enlistment on 30 January 1979, until his honorable discharge at the rank of A1C on 22 December 1980.  He served with the 2nd Security Police Squadron.

Patriot Guard Riders has been requested to participate in this veteran's final honors.

Please stage at the funeral home for a dignified transfer and escort to Greenfield Cemetery; 650 Nassau Rd; Uniondale NY 11553. Cemetery is closed for lunch from noon to 1PM.
KSU from funeral home expected to be 12:30 - 12:45PM.
