About the Mission:

Katherine A. Ward faithfully and honorably executed her duties to our nation in the US Army as (35P1L) Cryptologic Linguist, from the time of her enlistment on 26 May 2010 until her honorable discharge at the rank of SPC on 21 July 2012. She completed her Reserve obligation on 17 March 2018.  She served two tours in North Korea as a translator.

For her faithful service, she was awarded: Army Achievement Medal (2nd Award), Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon.

Her family requests Patriot Guard Riders participation in her final honors.
