About the Mission:
This veteran served his country honorably as a 2d Lt Combat Engineer in Company B, 91st Engineer Battalion (Combat) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. His specialty was as an electrical engineer and he was a platoon leader during his service. He was a member of the Port Jefferson American Legion and carried his Military ID in his wallet to this day. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor his service.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Dress according to weather (rain expected). After dignified transfer, escort will respond to St Matthews, 35 N Service Rd., Dix Hills for 9:45am mass. After mass, escort will respond to St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
