About the Mission:

James P. Reilly faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.  Entering service on 1 October 1963, he was honorably discharged at the rank of Seaman on 13 May 1966 after serving aboard USS Coucal (ASR-8), a Chanticleer-class submarine rescue ship.  For his faithful service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

His family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand for this American Hero.
