About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served from July 1956 to August 1959 as a member of VA 93 ,a Fighter Attack Squadron of A4D-1 jets, known as the " Blue Blazers". He was trained as a Parachute Rigger and attained a rank of Airman. He followed with a career in the Suffolk County Police Department, eventually assigned to Emergency Services Section. We have been requested to stand in honor of his service to this country.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Meet at front gate for instructions. Suffolk Police Highway and Emergency Services will be arriving with the veteran.
