About the Mission:

This veteran served his country honorably from March 1967 to March 1969. He served with the 1st Air Cav in Vietnam and prior to separation, was asigned to Company C, 4th Bn, 54th Inf. He had been trained as a light weapons infantryman, attained a rank of sergeant, being awarded Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device, Combat Infantry Badge, Sharpshooter (M-14) and Marksmanship Badge (M16).

In civilian life, he worked as a plumber for New York City.  The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Please bring your flags. Escort will respond to St. Johns Church, Ocean Ave., Center Moriches for a shortened 9:30am mass. Escort will then respond to Calverton.
