About the Mission:

This veteran served honorably from June 1951 to May 1953. He was schooled as a Combat Medic, attached to HQ Det. 1207th ASU, serving six months overseas. He attained the rank of Private First Class prior to separation from active duty.

He later went to work for American Airlines, eventually going to the Metropolitan Transit Authority as a bus driver, from which he retired.  He was a devout traveler with his wife to many places overseas as well as in the United States. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.
