About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served this country from February 1964 to February 1970. He was attached to Co "B", 1st BN, 2nd Division as a Light Weapons Infantryman and served a tour in Vietnam. He attained the rank of SP4 being awarded Combat Infantry Badge, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Expert Rifle Badge (M-14) and Expert Rifle Badge (M-16).

In civilian life, he worked as a Lab Technician for some time and then went to work at Bronx Community College, from where he retired. He helped many veterans to get their GI benefits. He enjoyed cruising and spending time with his grandchildren. The family has asked Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.
