About the Mission:
Everett A. Rosenblum faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy as Communications and Operations Officer, attaining the rank of Lieutenant (Junior Grade). He served on the USS Cod (SS-224) and the USS Angler (SS-240) - Gato Class Submarines. He was honorably discharged on 21 January 1954 after serving seven years. He then went on to the Naval Reserve, where he attained the rank of Captain. He served as Commanding Officer - Submarine Reserve Division 3-23, and then as Group Commander 3-5(1) Naval Station, Brooklyn. Mr. Rosenblum attained the rank of Rear Admiral in the New York Naval Militia on 13 May 1982.
His loving family requests Patriot Guard Riders participation in his final honors for this American Hero.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

We will stage at funeral home for dignified transfer and escort to the cemetery.
