About the Mission:

This member of the "Greatest Generation" served from October 1944 to 1947. He was in the 100th Brigade, 398 Regiment and fought in the Battle of the Bulge, where he was awarded a Bronze Star. In civilian life, he worked for CIT Financial where he became involved with a company that would sell vehicles to military personnel. He would arrange for vehicles to be bought and be stateside for the military persons coming home. He then was involved in getting the military to start selling vehicles at the base PX's. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him.
