About the Mission:
Ernesto A. Lopez faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Air Force. This veteran of the Vietnam War spent just over one year in that country as (30450) Radio Relay Equipment Repairman. He enlisted on 3 August 1960 and was honorably discharged on 27 April 1969 as a Sergeant. For his faithful service, he was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal w/Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Air Space Longevity Award.
