About the Mission:

The family of Donald Henn has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation at his final military honors. Donald proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War as an Air Traffic Ground Controller and Radio Operator, earning the rank of Specialist 5th Class. His commendations include; Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device and Expert Badge (M-16).

Upon discharge, Donald returned to work at his previous employer, Grumman Aerospace. He then joined the New York State Police and retired as a Sergeant after serving 25 years.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Please bring your own flags for a dignified transfer at Branch funeral home. It is likely we will have a police escort to the church and Calverton.
