About the Mission:

Mr. Jones honorably served as a light infantryman with CoE 5Bn 31 Inf 197 Inf Bde, 3rd USA from 1967 to 1969. He was deployed to Vietnam for a tour and attained the rank of PFC. He was awarded a Purple Heart Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/Bronze Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/Device1960, Combat Infantryman Badge (1st award), Marksman Badge (M16), and Sharpshooter Badge (M14),.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Viewing is 10 am to 12 noon and then after a dignified transfer, we will provide an escort to Calverton. Please have your flags.
