About the Mission:
This veteran honorably executed his duties to this country from August 1956 to August 1958. He was schooled to be a Field Carrier Equipment Repairman and was assigned to Wire Op Co., 304 Signal Battalion. He attained the rank of Private First Class and was awrded the Good conduct Medal. After his service he worked for SITA Corporation, a tellecommunications company. He developed the ticketing systems used by airlines and flight plan materials. He worked for 30 years and at retirement, went on to his favorite hobbies. He loved nature and gardening. He had driven a tractor at 5 years old so he started an apple orchard on his property and sold apples until about 5 years ago.
The family has asked Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor him for his service.

Meet RC Mike at front gate for instructions. Escort should arrive around 1:40 to 1:50. Please have yor flags. There is a prior mission arrivivg about 12 noon. Hopefully some of the members could grab a coffee after that service and be here for this veteran as well. I will be in contact with RC Mike.
