About the Mission:

The organizers of Honor Flight Long Island have requested the Patriot Guard Riders' participation in welcoming our heroes home from their exciting trip to Washington DC. These deserving veterans of the WW II, Korean and the Vietnam Wars will enjoy an all-expenses paid trip to Washington DC to view the monuments erected in their honor. We will stand a flag line as they exit their flight at MacArthur Airport.
