About the Mission:
This American hero was a member of D Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. On August 31,1950, North Korean Army forces overran the American position and SFC Ramos was killed in action. His body was not recoverable at the time. In 2021 remains were exhumed and eventually identified as SFC Ramos.

Please have your flags to stand a line for family arrival at 10:30. At approximately 12 noon there will be a dignified transfer and then escort to Calverton with LEO.

Second Stage - Special Information:
Meet RCs Gene & Sue at rest room area behind Administration. At 12:25 they will lead to gravesite and position members for arrival of escort of SFC Israel Ramos. Please be on time as this is gravesite area is small and there will be a need to position cars and personnel.
