About the Mission:

Robert J. Rabbitt faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Army from his induction on 30 April 1943 until his honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant on 10 January 1946.  Battles and Campaigns include Normandy, Northern France, and Rhineland.  For his faithful service as Clerk-Typist (405) he was awarded the following: American Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and the Purple Heart.

 Please come out to support the loving family of this World War II American Hero of the Greatest Generation.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Please present flag line for arrival of family at approximately 8:45AM.  Dignified transfer and escort to St. Ignatius RC Church to follow short service.
