About the Mission:

The family of Leonard Lorusso has asked PGR to stand in honor of his life and military service to our nation. Leonard, a WWII veteran, served faithfully and honorably in the U.S Army with Company B, 432nd Signal Heavy Construction Battalion. He served as a Telephone and Telegraph Lineman and installed signal poles, wires, and switchboards from Calcutta, India to China. Leonard achieved the rank of Technician 5th Grade and for his service, he earned the American Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal. After his service, he returned to New York, and raised a family while working for the New York Telephone Co. where he eventually retired from. Please help us honor this American Hero.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
