About the Mission:

James Warren Smith, Jr. faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Navy from the day of his induction on 4 October 1964 until his honorable discharge as Hospital Corpsman (HN0000) on 3 October 1966.  He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

Continuing his service to the community as Patrolman with the Amityville Police Department, he retired in 1998 after 35 years.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

Stage at funeral home with a flag line at 7:30AM to receive family at or before 8AM.  Dignified transfer and escort to St. Mary's Church.
