About the Mission:

Henry C. Schuppe faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation as Clerk Typist (405) with 117th Chemical Impregnating Company in the US Army during World War II.
He was inducted on 22 January 1943, stationed in Oran, Algeria, and Livorno.

For his service, he was awarded: European African Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and the World War II Victory Medal. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Technician 5th Grade on 3 December 1945.

Patriot Guard Riders has been requested to stand for this American Hero of the Greatest Generation.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: Protect Yourself and Your Family from COVID-19, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Please stage at funeral home for dignified transfer and escort to Calverton National Cemetery.
