About the Mission:

This veteran of the "Greatest Generation" honorably executed his duties during a treacerous time for the United States. He served as an Ammunition Bearer, Anti Tank and was involved in the Battle of Luzon and liberation of the Philippines. This was while he was attached to the 169th Infantry Regiment, 43rd Division. He attained the rank of PFC being awarded a Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, Philippines Liberation Medal and Rifle Marksman Badge.

He worked as a long time letter carrier for the US Postal Service. The family has requested Patriot Guard Riders to stand and honor this great American Hero.
