About the Mission:
Anthony J. Bretone faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation in the US Army as a Field Lineman (521) during World War II from the date of enlistment on 24 July 1943 until his honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant on 22 December 1945. He served overseas in the ETO and participated in the Rome, Arno, South France, Rhineland, and Central Europe Campaigns.
Patriot Guard Riders' participation has been asked by his family. It's time for us to stand for this member of the Greatest Generation who has surely stood for us.

Please stage at cemetery entrance and see RC Mike Osip for instructions. Funeral cortege expected approximately 12:45PM from Whitting Funeral Home. Sgt Bretone is scheduled for 1:00PM.
