About the Mission:
George DiBona faithfully and honorably executed his duties to our nation from the time of his induction into the US Army on 24 January 1966 until his honorable discharge on 6 February 1968. He was Cannoneer (13A10) with Co F, 1st Bn, Stu Bde, USASESS, 3d US Army, serving in-country in Vietnam for a few days short of a full year. For his faithful service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 device, 1 O/S Bar, and Sharpshooter Badge (Rifle.)
This soldier had a rough time for the rest of his life and Patriot Guard Riders of New York will stand in as his family.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

At end of mass, we will perform Dignified Transfer and escort to Woodlawn Cemetery.
