About the Mission:

We have been invited by American Airlines to stand a flag line for the departure celebration for Snowball 2. Snowball Express is a program of the Gary Sinise Foundation and last year it was expanded to include families of fallen first responders.

This year's charter flight out of JFK will have 99 family members of fallen first responders on board. Families will start arriving at 5:30 AM. They will check in and proceed through security onto gate 12 where Santa and Mrs. Clause will be waiting. The parade in the terminal is set to kick off around 7:00AM and for that we will stand a flag line. Refreshments will be served and the flight is scheduled to depart at 7:50AM.

Over the course of 5 days, these deserving families were given the opportunity to make new memories, experience the magic of Disney World, and connect with the only people who truly understand the healing journey they are on...each other.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 12:00 noon Friday 12/13/24. Keep in mind you will be going through airport security screening as if you were departing on a flight, so plan accordingly. Flags will be provided. Please arrive no later than 5:30AM, as we'd like to get PGR and other groups in before the family members start arriving. Flight is scheduled to depart JFK at 7:50AM
