About the Mission:

The daughter of Francis Circosta, Jr. has invited Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his funeral service. Francis served from August 1946 to August 1949. He was a Telephone and Telegraph Lineman serving in the 464th Signal Construction Company. He was awarded the WWII Victory Medal.

Based on the most current COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines: NYS Guidelines of 2 March 2022, and CDC Guidelines of 3 March 2022, going forward, the Lead Ride Captain for any mission will be responsible for determining whether PGR members will have to mask up or not. Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.

Special Information:

We will stand a flag line at the Goodwill Church for the dignified transfer into the church. Following the service, we will escort Francis to the Orange County Veterans Cemetery
