New York Run For The Fallen

All Military Branches
All Branches incl SpaceForce

Schuylerville, NY - 06/09/2024

Mission applies to the following Region(s):

Region 4, Region 5

About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been requested by event organizers to participate in the New York Run For The Fallen event honoring our fallen military men and women and their Gold Star families.

The New York Run for the Fallen is a special event to call attention to, and honor the men and women who have died in military service to America. Although volunteers visibly run to honor and remember each fallen hero from the current conflicts, the total run from the Honor the Mountain Monument in Watertown to the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuyerville represents every service member from New York who laid down their life for freedom's cause.

Thousands have sacrificed to preserve our way of life. And as we give tribute to these heroes, we also remember all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice throughout history. New York is rich in the foundation of this country and has given many of her sons and daughters. Regardless of war or conflict, the branch of service, or the method of death, we ultimately run for them all, honoring their service and sacrifice, and remembering that they each gave up a future so that we could have ours. We give tribute to them by name wherever possible and to the sacrifice of the families, they left behind.
