About the Mission:
The family of William Vincent Green has requested Patriot Guard Riders participation in his military honors funeral services. William, 83 of Albany, NY passed away on June 28, 2023.
William was a 1959 graduate of Albany High School, joined the United States Marine Corps, and was honorably discharged in 1966 at the rank of Private First Class.
After his military service, he worked as a mechanic on bowling machines during most of his prime years, working at the Bowlers Club in Latham, and Tri-City Lanes in Menands. He also worked with heating and cooling equipment at the Twin Towers building in Albany, and as a taxi driver before retiring. His interests included bowling, baseball, and spending time with family.

Please ensure that you have a mask with you, should the need arise, and respect the LRC’s decision in these matters.
Special Information:
Staging at the funeral home with a flag line for the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Escort to Albany Rural Cemetery will follow for interment with military honors.
